http://www.alclad2.com says that all European sales are handled by Hannants - http://www.hannants.co.uk/.
BTW, I don't think that Alclad comes in rattle cans except for the type for Lexan RC cars - which is not suitable for our modeling. There is a thread about this somewhere.

It's difficult to imagine that they could ever make a rattle can which would spray Alclad II finely enough to work. When using an airbrush, you have to spray very, very lightly at around 7 psi. The blast from a rattle can doesn't come anywhere near this. It's hard enough, even with an airbrush. If you don't get it exactly right, the result looks like nothing more than flat aluminum - which you can get from Testors

I've use the rattle can version of this stuff. It comes out...well, seemingly different than most rattle can paint. As for the Lexan thing...that's plastic too. It's just a more flexible, and a bit less caustic paint. I painted some regular plastic pieces for a Halloween costume last year and they came out looking cool, though more of a chrome-gunmetal grey, but cool.

The point with lexan and R/C cars is that you put the paint on the INSIDE of the lexan (it's transparent). If you put rattle can Alclad on the OUTSIDE, it rubs off.
