I know you guys are sick of people asking about these cars but i really need to know. is there an HP difference between 97-98 gs and rs models? if so what is it? well basically what is the diff. between a RS and a GS? and has any one ever swapped engines for a GST engine in these cars.
I really need the first question answered so i dont look like a sucker when i go to the car dealer and tell them i want a 97 eclipse RS. and they ask why. I dont want to just be like Uhhhhh...i dunno. so thanks for the help guys.

never mind guys. someone showed me www.dsm.org. i'm finding everything pretty good over there. i foreward to exchanging info with you guys real soon.
i dont see on this site any where where it would tell me about the differences between a RS and a GS. they have the same HP. thats all it shows. is there any other things that the GS my have that the RS doesnt? like hubcaps, power features, and stuff like that.

i think the gs has better breaks or something like that,the hp is the same as the rs which i think is 140hp
