1987 cherokee 4.0 the breather grommet on the front of the valve cover is torn up. It connects to the air box. The jeep dealer doesnt just sell the grommet they want $52 for the grommet and hose. I would like to just get a new grommet and put a little breather filter on it any ideas? I cant see paying 50 bucks for a rubber grommet. If any body knows what size grommet and filter will work let me know thanks

Try O'Reilly's, I was able to replace the PCV grommet without replacing the hoses and it only cost me $3.

Those Chrysler emmissions line kits are such a rip. Some of the curved hoses get soft and its hard to find knock-offs. I'm starting to see some at the chain stores now however.
