frustrating noise

alright guys...i need help. whenever my passenger side door is opened after the car has been started the door chime just keeps goin off until the car is shut off then restarted. im thinking its the door switch but im not sure....if youve had this problem or know of how to fix it let me know its as aggrivating as it gets.

if worst come to worst just cut the wires from the door going into the car,but there might be a fuse or somthing to turn it off,
so dont cut too many wires yet!
