Looks pretty good to me...those bends are a little more severe than necessary IMO, but I'm sure it would do the trick. The resonators could be replaced with straight pipe if you wanted to, and I'm sure it wouldn't be a lot of money. If it doesn't go up too high in price, I would say go for it.

for a 3" id say the price seems pretty neat.
