:( big problem!!! HELP!!

To make it short all of the light in my instrument cluster went on. Break, traction, cruise, anti lock ect. What could be the problem. I changed my belt today and after that all of the light came on. What could the belt have done? I need my car to get to work please someone help!!

is your Alternator charging, and did you route the belt correctly?
