Missing problems..

I have a 96 Prelude SI,and the engine was very dirty.I used GUNK and low water pressure to clean it.Later that afternoon,the car would not start,and once it did,it idled and missed badly.I took off each plug wire and found them wet!I dried them out,and thought I had the problem fixed.However,this morning,the car would miss on acceleration,but not all of the time.I took the wires off again and looked down into the holes where the plugs are and found water in there.I used Q-tips and got it all out.There still is a slight miss occassionally,but the car idles fine,and pulls strong.The car has a AEM cold air intake.How can I get rid of this problem?

maybe its the distributor? ignition module might have burned out.
