i had this rattling noise in my trunk for the longest time and couldnt find out wut it was....well i did today, it was the jack, but it was placed in a funny stop. it was behind one of those pop out things, right a bout level with the thing u lift to get to the spare...and it wasnt covered or attached, it just got scraped, and hurt the inside of its box...is taht where it should be, and where do u guys keep urs

i keep mine in the same place. the rear right corner of the trunk, under the flip up thingy

yea, but mine is on the left hand, behind the pop down thing, but it rattles like crazy, and i could put in the little tray next to the spare, but im afraid it would slide around...

uhh.......... your gonna have to use your head on this one, maybe put something else in there with it to make it stiff, so it doesn't move around or try another place. maybe the other side, flip it around. just mess with it

Dude just jack it up while it's in there so that it's in there tight, use it's ability to get bigger to your advantage.

yeah, just as thourun said, it must be "jacked up" after it gets put in the space so it doesnt rattle.

yea, thanks guys, i fixed it after i talked to talskinyguy, so thanks all..and ps, the directions on how to do it were under the carpet in the back on a sticker on the wood, so im just a moron..lol
