Ford Thunderbird vrs v6 Maro?

I have a friend at school with a thunderbird, the bodystye is the one before the last ever made, it has a 305 with rims...thats about it, and i have a stock V-6 5 speed 3800 srs. 2 I know i could go hand in hand with a 5.0 but....what are the chances agenst his Thunderbird?

When you say 305 do you mean cubes because the Thunderbird never used a 305 it had a 302 though, The 302 was a detuned Mustang engine the same one used in the Mark 7 and Cougar and if its stock you should beat him but it would not be a slaughter unless its a pre 86 one in which case you should have no problem,

sorry about that mixup, yeah its the 302 of whatever gen style, the one before last made, I see that it supposed to pack 200 horses, but we will see, But there was a 5.0 mustang picking on me because i had a six, needless to say that i had quiet a lead on him...not a slaughter though, it was close but not close enough...

The only Thunderbird's you should look out for are those SC one's, A friend of mine had one of those supercharged bad boys and I must admit it did shock me how it was able to throw that heavy car around like nothing

Yea the super coupes move and handle pretty well but they still weigh more than most boats full of illegal immigrants.
