Driver Side Power Window Repair

Can anyone assist me with good low cost alternatives for power window repair?

I'm in Denver Colorado. I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab. My driver side power window had a small plastic guide break.

The Dodge dealer indicates $320 for a complete Regulator replacement and labor.

i had a vehicle that was missing a plastic guide from the window. all i did was go to dodge and get a picture of the window and the placement of all the parts of the window. then i ordered the piece. if you still have trouble look at the other doors window for visual help. it's a lot cheaper than having someone else fix it. isn't to difficult.
