I am planning on trying to fix my car soon, but I don't really have any idea of how to even start, if any of you are local in Southern California and have some free time maybe on a saturday morning or something like that, maybe you can help me out with my CRX.

Thanks :)

What's wrong with your car or what do you want to fix?

I live in southern california but I don't know alot about fixing cars yet still learning.

I live in Mission Viejo, Orange County, and my car needs new gaskets, and pissibly new rods, but I want a second opinion on the rods just to make sure thats what is actually broken.

I estimated getting new rods and pistons for like 800$, just the rods for maybe 400, was gonna go eagle rods.
