need some help with susupension!

I currently own a 98 GST and am in the process of dropping in a built 6bolt capable of supporting around 600-700 hp. I will probably be in the high 500's or low 600's. I want a suspension setup that will be able to handle well at the launch at a track and also at high speeds on the highway (no floating lik on stock suspension). I was looking at the Tein SS coilover kit with the 16x Adj. shocks for about $900. I would like to not spend as much so what do you guys suggest for my application. Also how much of a difference come from front and rear swaybars and lower controller arms. Thanx a lot guys.
