Hi there,
I have just had an RPS Exhaust System installed on my 1992 Nissan Primera TE. I knew this thing was very loud before I had it installed but I liked the looks and performance of it so I asked the dude to make it less noisy.
I came back and picked it up. He had installed a Coby muffler in the middle with another muffler in the back but it is still too loud. I thought it was OK at the shop but the guy said that's all he could do to it. Is there any other way of making my exhaust less noisy??? Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I believe NZ has catalytics. Did you remove the cat? If so, put it back on, or purchase a high fow cat and put it on. The cat should quiet the exhasut a bit.
If he put a muffler between the cat and the new muffler, that is really all you can do to quite it down if you still have a cat on the car. Or go back to stock.

Hey I have the same concern with the new 5ZIGEN catback exhaust I plan to purchase later on this month. My old GREDDY MX was not loud but had some serious vibration in the cabin. I surfed the net and found this. http://www.concourswest.com/products.html

Buy a silencer, I am pretty certain you can find a universal silencer for your exhaust.
