1990 Taurus door panel removal

I need to replace my driver's side mirror (electric) but I can't figure out how to get the door panel off. I've removed the screw and plastic plate near the mirror, two screws behind the handle just under the window, two screws near the map comparment, the inside door handle, and the electric window switch. It seems like the bottom doesn't want to let go even though I've pried on it. What am I missing?

The wiring connector should be in the door jamb with the cluster of other wires. I don't think you have to remove the door panel to get to the connector.

I took mine out and if I remember correctly you have to take the tweeter out of the door to get to it (I don't remember taking the door panel off). The little speaker in the corner of the window. I think there's 2 or 3 screws to take out and I believe I had to really look close to get to the last one........All this I did a while ago and isn't really fresh in my memory. Hope this helps a little.
