fuel injector

i am having a problem with my # 4 injector( that is what the code tells me)i am not getting gas to the cylinder!! but i do get a good spark,i was told there is a injector spyder?? does anyone know anything about this?? please help.. truck runs but skipping on #4 cylinder!

Ok, you will have to replace the injector going to cylinder #4.
