new here/fix'n sons car

hello ,new to this board,i have a 92 taurus,3.0 it's my sons car and i think i have a bad motor mount.since i don't really know to much about these sideways motors i thought i'd come here for help.i think its the front mount thats bad ,can this be replace at home,or is this a shop issue.i've been building cars for years ,have all the equipment and tools ,just dont know anything about this car.
