not sure about control arms.
sway bars- suspension techniques are good
tein is a great coilover company
you dont need shocks and struts if you get a full coilover steup from tein. full coilovers come with adjustable springs already mounted on adjustable/ non adjustable shocks.

If your using the car mainly for street use stay with stock control arms.
Eibach, Neuspeed, Progress, Suspension Technique - adjustable rear sway bars are something to look for.
H&R, Tein, Toda - coilovers
H&R, Neuspeed, Eibach, Progress - springs
Koni, Bilstein, KYB, Tokico - struts
True coilovers replace both springs & struts, coilover sleeves like ground control only replace the spring.
Light wheels & Good tires are the biggest factor in handling.
Upper strut & lower ties will help tighten the chassis, the less it flexes the harder it can turn. Neuspeed
Full bushing kits, Mugen, Energy Suspension, Prothane. I suggest mugen's rubber kit for street use because poly bushings like ES & Prothane can be noisy & uncomfortable.
Camber kits - Ingalls
Proper alignment is something that gets forgotten & can make a tremendous difference.
Spend the money the first time around and do it right. DO NOT BE CHEAP or you will regret it.
If your very serious about suspension get yourself some books Handling What It Is And How To Get It, How To Make Your Car Handle, and a factory repair manual from www.helminc.com
