2007 Chevy Camaro

what i severyone's take on the 07 camaro... i know they might not build it but i've seen pics of the design it might be...and i know that the z28 might have a 6.0L V8 :evillol: which pushes 300-350 hp...and the 0-60 time is estimated at 5.2 :naughty: . what does everyone think about this? personally i want to start savin up for one right now :biggrin: !!! if you havent seen the pics of it yet go to this site: http://www.popularhotrodding.com/features/0309phr_5camaro/

I thought GM was bringing back the Chevelle, to compliment the GTO. If they bring back the Camaro, then will they also bring back the Firebird?

Yes the Firebird is dead. In a press conferance GM said that they have no future plans on bringing back the Firebird, but to expect a resurection of another F body. Thats what i've read on it at least.

Ok here's the deal, you'd know if you searched. I don't usually take this attitude but I'msick and tired of all thesse new threads on the same subject. Firbird is dead; camaro is coming back. 89IROC&RS works at a chevy dealership and found out that the camaro IS coming back, no question, i believe it was 06 as an 07 model but I'm not too sure exactly on that. There are no official pictures or drawings yet; not released at least.

I'm just assuming that you're talking about the same 6.0L thats in the new vette. If you are, it won't be 300-350 as a base line. I expect (if this thing even happens) for base line HP to be at 400 or higher. As for the 0-60 time, I'm going to guess 4.4. If Chevy brings this thing back, they're going to bring it back with a huge bang.
