whell offset and coilover clearance

can anyone help me out with fitment issue i am currently looking at a set of buddy club rims my wife wants for her new 240 s14 the specs are 17*7.5 35mm offset she has tein HE coilovers and getting a set of 300z front brakes i will be running 225 40 17 on them do you guys know if this setup will clear these parts thanks alot for the help.
