shipping

ok, this is mostly for canadians on this forum, or if anybody else knows the answer, it'd be nice to hear it.

when you order stuff online from somewhere in the states and it says for example "shipping to canada: $55", isn't that the only shipping??
cause i missed the delivery of my pivot controller and it said on the 1st attempt notice that i owed ups like $57 for shipping... when i already paid for shipping in my final price for the product..

i'd like to give a shout out to UPS, and say WTF

there has to be somebody that knows whats goin on
