I have a 1995 Dodge Caravan that overheats, the cooling fan never comes on, I get a code, 35 Cooling fan relay circuit open or shorted. How do I fix this. Also the 30 amp fuse keeps blowing. Any help would be great, thanks.

I don't know where the fan sensor is on your year Caravan but it needs to be be replaced. You can go to your auto parts store they will have the location on there computer. It should cost less than $10.00. You may have to drain out some of the rad fluid depending on how low it is. You can check to make sure it is the sensor by just crossing the wires just take them off the sensor and touch them together if the fan starts up it is in fact the sensor. If the fan doesn't run it may be that the wiring is shorting somewhere from the fuse to the sensor or the sensor to the fan.

Good luck, Richard
