Hello all I hope this is a good news thread instead of a costly one LOL
I removed back seat to get at the fuel pump as I had been having problems with my 93 escort wagon 1.9L with a dead short, I found it on top the fuel pump turned out I had alittle rodent I believe living in there as the car was parked all summer, and chewed it or something and shorted it out.
Anyways I cleared all the crap out and used my tiny wire brushes to clean the whole area to repair the wiring. After that was done I turned the engine over to find I fixed the short but there was a small pinhole in the line coming out of the fuel pump !!!
Is there someway to repair just the line rather than replacing the whoel fuel pump or something crazy like that?
