Voyager electrical probs! HELP!

:banghead: I think the starter died, but the fuel gauge sensor only goes to half tank, the passenger rear window won't open, the air bag light goes on and stays on, and the cruise control stopped working. These were "creeping" problems. They did not all happen at once.

Has this car had the recall service for the clockspring mechanism?

It looks like the clockspring and the starter, and Mine is not included in the recall. 1996-1998 only. Tnanks.
