What does code p1142 mean?

I've never run across that one. It's an engine air & fuel metering code, specifically: Load Calculation Cross Check - Lower limit Exceeded. Are there any driveability problems?

I've never run across that one. It's an engine air & fuel metering code, specifically: Load Calculation Cross Check - Lower limit Exceeded. Are there any driveability problems?


No drivability problems, the check engine light comes on, and then goes off after I fill up my gas tank. It will come back on again after a while and is just really annoying. That was the code that I got when it was scanned at a local Checker Auto Parts store.
