Engine area - noise after you turn off engine

90 Accord EX Coupe

When I turn the ignition off, I hear a metal noise coming form the engine. The oil and transmission fluids are full. The sound is like metal on metal rubbing...not a grinding, just a metal rubbing against each other. Anyone heard this sound?
