stabilizers

how do i remove the old factory stabilizers to install new ones. the old one are shot, their broke and not even tied to anything but the back shocks. i think the not on it may be rusted and its a lil hard to get to. one more question, if i replace my front stabilizers do i have to get an alignment? thanx

to clearify im speaking of the rear ones. would i be better goin to garage?
