r ur tires rubing the finders if so offset is wrong and u will have to raise the car up some or roll the finders
if this is what is happening u will see that the outside of the tire is getting sratched up

So, the tires are rubbing on the inside of the fenders?
Rolling your fenders is easy.
I used to have a link to a how-to on it, but the link is stale now. Basically, what you do is jack up the car a little bit (enough to fit a baseball bat between the tire and the fender), and you use the baseball bat as a lever to gradually bend the inner lip of the fender upwards so that it clears the tires better.

ok,1st of all,
what size tires are you running?
im running 205/40/r17,I have my front fender wells off & my cars lowered about 2 inches or so & still not rub,
the only way your fender would hit your tire is if you have too big of tires on your 16s,or unless you have your car slammed on the ground & your fender wells are still installed!
please post reliable information so that others can give faster information when posting threads,
