Looks to me like you have to remove the whole fuel injection set up to get to it?

The car can just sit too as it's our secondary vehicle so I can take my time with it.

No - I had the shop do it (twice, one for each of 2 cars) so I'm not much use on advice. I did read that section in Chilton, though, and it seems you really should get a good manual before tackling it.

Have any idea what they charged for it labor wise?

It was around $150 (independent shop, not Honda dealer)
