No power at all car wont start,,help

Today I tryed to start my 92 teg and nothing turned on and it will not start.I checked all fuses under the hood and under the dash.I found one blown fuse under hood and replaced ,still nothing.I put batt. charger on batt. it says full.I checked batt. terminals.I also have a spare main relay and still nothing.Any ideas anyone?Could it be the alt. even though my batt is full?Could it be ignition?Help....

If you had one blown fuse there could very well be a short causeing the car not to start what kind of fuse is it that blown?

I doubt the 92's have the chipped keys like mine (2001) but this same thing happened to me when I got new keys made at home depot or something. I would turn the key and nothing. I had to go to honda and get them to make me some there for like 25 bucks/key. idk... just an idea!

Does it have any power? Interior lights, radio, headlights?

does the dashlights come on with the radio, or is there absoulutly no power at all?
