i was thinking lately, I have a 1991 Taurus with the 3.0 is it possible that the block isn't aluminum? I know that the weight dist. is terrible on my car hence understeer all day and night (braking and speed create oversteer, found that one out the fun way!) but I was wondering this because my car seems to have worse weight dist. that the many other frint wheel drive cars I've driven

The 3.0 Vulcan is a cast iron block and heads.
