To my knowledge "Fully Sick" is more of a term associated with Immigrants[or wogs, mainly of eastern european descent or middle eastern] in Australia.

A friend in Canada said, "key" a lot like thats "key" [wtf!], and "tight" was popular from there too...

I'll just stick to "dude", "cool", "awesome", and "sweet"...you can say ten million different things with those 4 words, by adjusting pitch, length, and/or volume...
