correct camber adjustment

i have a 91 accord w/ speed tech spring. labeled as having a front drop of 2". i bought the ingalls camber set, and i wanted to know if i should adjust it to the 2degree mark. sites talk about adjustment, and they normally say 1" lower=1degree, 2"-2degrees. is that accurate??

also, will normal autoshops have the equipment to test camber or do i have to goto a custom shop(speed merchant in my area)
