I was looking to get a kit for my 2001 cavalier and i was wondering if anybody could give me some advice on what to look for. What does it take to get a good looking body kit that will stay on and wont crack and all that. I was planning on having it professionally installed and i was wondering if anyone knew around what it cost. Thanks.

The body kit that I put on was 7 layer fiberglass for my 01' and the cost all depends on how well the kit fits. My kits fitted quite well and it only cost me $500 to have it put on and painted professionally.

Really the first thing you have to decided is wheather you want a fiberglass kit or a urethane kit... The urethane is more dureable and also costs more. They also guarantee an exact OEM fitment..but If your a safe driver and never run into curbs or do a Brian Speilner for FNF going airborne over streets..the fiberglass would work, but they sometimes require some modifications to make them fit and are more prone to crack if you run into anything...full fiberglass kits will run anywhere between 499 up to 600 est...DO NOT ORDER E-BAY KITS! They are soo cheap because they are lemons..Urethane kits usually start at around 799 and go up from there...but its all up to how long you want it to last
