1969 Cadillac Eldorado.
Please Take A Look!!!
Pictures can be seen at this link:

472 cubic engine- the original is still under the hood with a blown rod.
A battery.
One rim. {one can be obtained through a friend, but I’m not sure of a price.*}
Vinyl top could use some touch up paint.
Windhield fluid dispenser needs adjustment.
Heating coil was bypassed for unknown reasons…no heat.
A tow from Castro Valley to your destination.
Condition:
Straight body.
Flawless shiny chrome.
No rust…you might be able to find a ding if you look real hard.
Interior is in excellent condition.
Brakes & tire rotations last done in 2003.
Timing belt was replaced literally weeks before she blew.
The radiator was flushed that week.
The oil was changed that day. (suspicious.)
It’s tip top.
Registered through next summer.
Clean title.
Smog exempt. (vehicles before1970.)
It’s a classy automobile from Oakland, with 3 owners prior to me, whom, after going through all the paperwork, kept above average maintenance.
Wisteria purple with a white textured vinyl top.
White leather interior in excellent condition.
Black dash (flawless) with original stock am/fm radio that works just fine.
Lap belts.
2 door.
Whitewalls.
Gigantic trunk.
Power steering.
The front wheel drive makes the bench seating in the front all the more spacious because there is no shift console. My German Shepard sprawled out comfortably on the floor.
It really is equivalent to a lounge on wheels…it has power everything, even the mini rear windows have there own switches...and ashtrays. Not to mention the backseat low lights.
Driving it is just dreamy.
The Deal:
I am asking $1000.
The drama brief is that I have to sell her so I can put the money down on my new place. In addition it sits in front of the house that I was just forcibly evicted from, into the street covered with my broken belongings. Literally.
Besides being my only asset, I’m weary of what the psycho landlord/roommate could do to it.
I will be rummaging through my storage down the road in Castro Valley this afternoon.
If you can fully take on the purple Cadillac today, than I will sell it for $800. I think it’s reasonable, maybe a bit unusual but it figures.
If you can do it tomorrow then it'll be $1000.
Tell me what you think is reasonable & we can definately negotiate.)
I won’t have email access & I am frantic busy. It’s 5 minutes off the 580.
Please call only if you can come meet me there to take a look & only if there’s a 80/20 chance that you’ll take her home today.
I also found an engine for her for $600 here in Oakland. I would be more than happy to help you obtain it if time permits before I leave.

I HATE being an old car fan up here in Rustville.
If I didn't live 3000 miles away I would take that in a heartbeat.
