I once changed my oil and a fan belt. Now I've got a 1995 Cavalier and no money. What a bad combination!

Are you old enough to get a job? If you are, does your city even have job opportunities? My brother has a 1996 Sable and no money. And the jobs at Tenn. are either closing down or has already been full. So he's moving here to Maryland with us. Hopefully it will work out for you. :)
