2 milkshakes every moring?

I was thinking of drinking 2-4 milkshakes every moring in order to gain weight. To be honest, I am very skinny because I had a phase of substance abusage and am now recovered from it. Due to one of the substances I lost alot of weight and it just doesn't be seeming to come back even with the ammount I eat every day. I was told to drink milkshakes every moring and I will start putting on more weight.

easiest way to gain some weight would be to get some mass gainer protein supplements. I don't see how drinking fatty things in the morning is supposed to make you put on weight though, if anything you should be consuming fatty foods late at night if you want to put on weight coz in the morning your body has all day to burn off what you eat for breakfast.

If you're going to drink shakes, drink high protein or nutrition shakes like EAS- not milkshakes. You don't want to eand up a dumpy slob at the other end of the spectrum...

What substances? There are a lot of foods you can eat to counteract the negative effects of most substance binges.

Start shovelling down heaps of vitamins, proteins and complex carbos. Lots of fruit and stuff on the side.

My first thought was ice too. Been there, done that. Coke is out of vogue atm.

You need to be eating a LOT of vitamins - if you've done enough meth you will be close to neurotoxicity of the brain, as well as having a body going through atrophy.

So start shovelling down lots of fruit and veg for your brain and blood chemicals to restore balance and eating a shitload of protein because your body uses it to rebuild.

Answer is coke, learned my lesson $3000 dollars later, withdrawal, loss of friends, fired from job, and alot of other emotional and mental problems. ill try the protein supplements. would u recommend working out with taking these supplements and are they harmfull.

The old yay-o. Coke's a bitch, eh? :iceslolan You should work out to build some healthy lean muscle. Drink plenty of water, take the protein supplements twice daily and do what Ozzy said (vitamins, fruits, veggies).

well heres wat i did...

i was really stick skinny in high school n then towards the end i decided to take up gym.

so weights combined with a balanced diet( 5 meals a day) should get u started. With this i took RWC (Rapid Weight Gainer) has protein in it , but a whole lot of carbs and sugars.

what i really wanted was muscle, but i got muscle and fat. gained bout 12 kilos in two months.

so i suggest this cos u gain the wieght, fat muscle wateva but thats wat u wanted isnt it =D
