How about Shred This...
Seriously, couldn't one just create a bonfire and throw the discs into the flames. or take a exacto nike and scratch the cd to bits.
Kind of expensive if you ask me.

Dremel + cotton buffing bit (w/ external diameter equivalent to CD's internal diameter) @ 35,000 RPM + light tap w/ screwdriver at CD's edge.

$130 might seem pretty cheap after paying a few worker's compensation claims for employees who hurt themselves using any of the alternative methods suggested above...
