'05 Touring package wheels (PAX system) and Winter

This is just a note on the new Touring package wheel/tire system. Honda has been selected to showcase Michelin's new PAX run-flat system on this vehicle. The wheels and tires are unique to this platform and are not a standard tire and wheel fitment. The system uses a special wheel and tire size along with an internal support ring. Normal tire sizes will not fit on these wheels and the options for running other tire models does not exist at this time. There has been some concern on the tire/wheel board on this forum about what to do for Winter. We do have a standard steel wheel and tire combination available for the vehicle that does not require the special wheels/internal support ring. It also uses a standard tire size.
