IC and BOV question

Would adding an IC or BOV add any horsepower to my car without me tuning up the turbo? If so, how much would it had?

Yes an intercooler would increase your hp w/out upgrading your turbo. However, you would get expected result if you do replace your turbo. As for how much, get it tested on a dyno. What wrong with posting smart ass answers? :iceslolan
