film on interior windsheild

I have a 04 TSX with about 4500 miles on it. It has built up this thin layer of film on the windshield and rear window and makes night driving hazy. Just wondering what is the cause of this (don't smoke) and how to get rid of it. Using windex just seems to spread it around. Thanks.
