mod question?

I have a 97 gst,a nd I live in kentucky were we don't emisson's. My question is, is there anything I can do to the engine/exhaust to get more power. example- take off the cat. Thanks everyone.

Block EGR - wont give you any gains but will keep the intake cleaner.
