Front Upper Strut Install ????

Hello,

I just bought a DC Sports Front Upper Strut Bar, and I have heard different things about what to do to your car before installation. Some say the car needs to stay "ON" the ground, while others say that the car needs to be completely raised "OFF" the ground.

Which is the best way to do it?
