After you remove your seats remove any trim that over laps the carpet so it is totally free then remove it like rolling a carpet. Inpsect the old carpet , if it was simply pressure washed will it turn out looking ok? If it does hang it to dry a few days make darn sure the underlay is dry (lint padding under the carpet) before reinstalling it.
If you have to replace it just place the new carpet where the old carpet was and put the over lapped trim back on and seats. I also repair torn carpets so if you wanna save some bucks I could explain some ways to go about it.

little tip, when you take out the seats put the bolts back in the holes, and then when you lay down the new carpet, you know where to cut for the bolts for the seats, trust me this saves alot of time.

another tip, get a heat gun, these help mold the carpet inplace so it looks better, neater, more professional and what not

That also depends on the carpet quality after market carpets tend to need extra work to placem neat , thanks for the extra tips guys and one extra to go along with the bolt holes make sure the wires are through before putting the seats back in as well. :)

Another help in addition to the heat gun is to lay the carpet out in the hot sun for a couple hours to relax it. It does the same thing as the heat gun, just all over the carpet.

look at the right hand side of the page. Where it says "downloads." Click on the installation instructions and download that for a rough idea of how.

It's on the right hand side of the screen. There's a grey box inside a red column on the right hand side of the screen. In that grey box, it says "new products" and "downloads." Look under "downloads." There are 4 little red boxes under "downloads." The last one says "install instructions." Click on that, and it should download/open up a pdf file for you. Just read it or print it out anf read (which I find easier). It's about 3 pages.
