89 accord sick - stuters & coughs on take off

I have a sick 89 accord, when I come to a red light and stop, upon take off ( green light ) my accord will start to go at regular normal speed, within seconds and without releasing presure on the accilerator pedal the car will suddenly accilerate pull back like a wild bronco horse on a starting gate of a horse race, and inherit high new high speed velocity. Any help ? Is this due to cheap gas, bad fuel injectors, prelude to a bad fuel pump or something totally unknow to mankind ?
