Please only respond if you have upgraded the suspension on your car. I am looking to upgrade my 04 spec v's suspension with an adjustable one.. but I don't want somthing that is going to make me handle worse or become jello at high speeds (really high.. 140+mph). Any suggestions? Do I need new shocks as well? How are the kits I see on e-bay for $150? Where can I find more kits? How much? Thanks!!

adjustable means coilovers

you have 2 choices there, full coilovers or half-ass coilovers. Full coilovers include the spring and damper, you just have to transfer over the stock upper mount and you're good to go. Prepare to spend $800-$2000 on a set of these. Companies to look at are Tein and JIC.

The half-ass coilovers reuse the stock dampers and mounts. These are a bad choice IMO, because you'll pay $300+, and then later you'll have to buy a set of aftermarket dampers when your stock ones blow, which will be another $550 or so (the koni yellows are the only ones out), and in the end you spend more than you could have for a set of full coilovers, and your stuff will be mixed and matched and you won't even gain any wheel travel in the front since the koni fronts are just inserts.

I have the Tein basics on my car, I highly recommend them. They were about $820 shipped

Oh, and don't even think about touching that ebay crap, it would be a miracle if it even fit your car, and if you managed to get it on there it would almost assuredly make your handling worse, not to mention the durability will be horrible.
