Err, do the rules allow me to scrap the first project car and replace it with another?

Long and short of it is the BMW got in the middle of a small disagreement between the girlfriend and myself and she managed to trash it :chair:

I wont go into the reasons for the arguement, but just to say...never mess with a woman when it's 'that time of the month'

If it's ok for me to start over with a new car then I'd like to play about with this:
