98 Blazer Squeaks when turning right

Not too long ago i noticed that when i turn right i hear a squeaking noice coming from the rear of my car. Sounds just like squeaky brakes do. I don't know much about cars so i wanted to know if anyone knows what could cause this. I also recently developed squeaking breaks. Mostly at slower speeds but they still make noise. I plan to check my breaks over the weekend to see if they need replacing but what would cause the squeak to happen when i make i right turn? It doesnt happen when i make a left turn? Any help would be appreciated. 4 door 98 blazer 4x4.
