I got an interesting flyer

I attended a lecture today for one of my college courses about transfer possiblilities to various Universities' 2nd year engineering programs. In all the trip was a huge waste of my time, but I did get an interesting flyer from one of the student association members.

I would guess that some of these lessons are, not to jump rope with it, how to properly use it as a belt in order to disguise it, and how to avoid tripping over it.
