My 94 Grand Prix, HELP

Hello Forum, I hope someone can help me, I just spent 120.00 only a new power steering pump and pulley for what I thought would fix a wonderful whinning noise that sounded like a power steering issue. Well to my suprise NO, put the new parts in, and got it all working, and turn the key and there it was again. No change, nothing, just that whinning noise just as loud as it was before. I even took it to Firestone and they said it was the power steering pump. Can anyone help. Please????????
