'00 Stratus oil issue

I just changed the oil in my 2000 Stratus SE 2.4L with 53,000 miles on it.

Last week I changed the spark plugs for the first time and there was oil on two of the old plugs. I'm thinking it may be the rings but I'm not sure. What do you guys think?

I have never had a problem with burning oil but I only get about 17-20mpg.

ya it sounds like the rings are bad. take off the valve cover and change out all the gaskets. its pretty easy to do.
